RCC is Musical!

What is going on at RCC today? Since the very early hours, the sounds of drums and horns have drifted across the street to our apartment. Its 8pm and still going. I’m not complaining. It sounds very lovely and being the parent of a band geek, I appreciate it. I’m just wondering what’s going on?
